Attention all FVRMA Members:
As you know the FVRMA-sponsored measure HB 883 was approved by the Florida Legislature on Friday, May 6th. You received an e-flash on Friday expressing our congratulations on the passage of this legislative measure. FVRMA is extremely pleased that both Chambers have favorably voted on our measure and that it will be sent to the Governor for signature.
However, at this time we are asking that you do not contact the Governor as FVRMA needs to access several factors before initiating a grassroots campaign. FVRMA is meeting with our Legislative Consultant to look at this last stage prior to enactment and will put out a Call for Action when the time is appropriate.
Again, thanks to each of you for your active interest in having HB 883 signed into law – we will put out an Action Alert when we need to initiate a full court press with the Governor!
