Economic Impact Study: Florida Vacation Rentals are the backbone of the state economy

On March 12, 2014, FVRMA released an economic study of the vacation rental industry. The study found that vacation rentals played a critical role in the state’s economic recovery, with more than 17 million tourists staying in vacation rental properties in 2013, generating a total annual economic impact of $31.1 billion.
